LAW SHARE DRIVE MOUNT OUR CLOUD SPACE AS YOUR LOCAL DISK

Law Share Drive automatically makes your remote files (stored on Law Share server) available as if they were stored in the local drive on your computer. Law Share Drive is used either instead of or in addition to the Law Share Sync App.  By using Law Share Drive, the files being “shared” will not need to reside on your computer.  It merely mounts the remotely hosted files as an extra drive on your computer without them being on your computer.  This helps circumvent the need for the Mobile Device Management and Encryption at Rest requirements of the fbi cjis security policy when cji resides on your device outside a secured environment. Systems like this are designed with standards similar to law enforcement software, police software, and security expectations used by cjis solutions including fips compliance and fips 140-2 controls aligned with what is fips 140-2.

FULL FEATURED – EDIT/SAVE/MOVE

You can perform all file operations – open, edit, save, move etc. – the same way you generally do on Windows PC or Mac. 

FILE LOCKING – EASY COLLABORATION

Law Share Drive will automatically lock a file (aka check-out file) in the server for editing. When a file lock is in place, others will not be able to save the file, preventing any conflicting changes to the file.
